本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛本人刚收到第二封信，大概内容如下：
Dear ______:
Initial assessment of your application has been completed. However, a vias officer has still not been able to determine whether or not a selectio interview is required. In order to complete the assessment, you must provid originals of the documents marked below:
1、Updated proof of funds for transfer to Canada(original bank statements)
2、Original university/college education transcripts(accompanied by English/French translation)for you and your spouse. These must be sealed by the institution.
3、Signed IMM1455/1456 declaration
4、IELTS test
5、Notarized copy of "Employment contract" or letter of Appointment;
6、Complete "Family Composition Information form" (attached)
Please note that if you fail to provide the documents requested within 45 days of the date of this letter, you application will be assessed based on the information you have provided. This may result in your application being refused for non-compliance. Please enclose copy of the present letter.

2、两份一面是Family comositon information 家属表，另一面是Details of education and employment教育和就业细节表的表格（中英文）
3、两份宣誓书Imm1455
4、打印有“邮政编码、邮政地址、姓名、档案号码”的四个空白不干胶标签
我有问题如下：
1、两份一面是Family comositon information 家属表，另一面是Details of education and employment教育和就业细节表的表格，是否由主申请人和副申请人各填一份？
2、我在第一次交材料时已交北京CHECKLIST中的教育和就业细节表及家属表，为何还要再交？另Details of education and employment教育和就业细节表中的type of course课程或业务及type of business业务类别该填什么？是否因为原来交的表填得不对才要求再次填写？
3、两份宣誓书是否由主申请人和副申请人各填一份？宣誓书中的“见证人”一栏是否空着由移民馆签字？
4、听说公证处没有工作合同公证，有移友建议以“工作经历公证”代替，而我已在第一次交表时交了“工作经历公证”，我该怎么办呢？
