I came to US on June 1st. My husband is in China. we applied for immigration to canada this spring and he passed the interview this september. and then he recieved a letter saying" all independant and dependant who has been in US for more than 6 months should provide both FBI and State non-criminal Certificate". I think i don't need to do it because i just stayed in US for less than 5 months..Since i was busy in my study here. i don't want to do anything about it now.
But I don't know when the LP will be ready and I will "stay in US for six months" on Dec, 1st.
Do u have any idea of this situation?
If i don't do anything, Will it delay the issue of Landing Paper?
