You need a tripod and ball head(don't buy too small one, your tripod for Olympus4040 is not strong enough for D10+XXB.), another battery(almost must), CFcards(must), CF card reader, camera bag, then later, you will find your computer is slow, HDD is not big enough, so you need to upgrade your computer. Other things? oh yeah, a flash, filters (CPL is must, GND, ...) Howevery, 10D is worth to buy. Go ahead.
You will think the missing rang from 35-70 is not important in landscapt photography? yes or no. with 10D 6Mpix, you always can crop pictures. I used to use 20-35 and 80-400 2 lenses, always feel missing something. Then I bought 28-70, and now it is mostly used.
To save some money, one option is buy a EF75-300IS instead of XXB (about CA$400 different), you lost image quality little bit and larger aperture, but you got longer telescope lens, it is lighter;(to think how heavy camera bag you can carry?) IS function can let you hand hold at 1/15"-1/10".
