My name is whowhowho. I purchased a ???? on date, month, year from your dealership. The vehicle's VIN number is ?????. I also purchased an extended warranty for general maintenance for three (3) years from the date of ???? (look up your contract to see if the start date was the purchase date or the date of being manufactured.).
The first two maintenance were acceptable. The 3rd maintenance was supposed to be at the end of the warranty life, i.e. on date, month, year. However, your service department claimed that this 3rd maintenance was already done on date, month, year, when the vehicle was at your shop for a recall repair. I was not aware of this out-of-schedule maintenance till my visit in this week. Your service department staff also stated that the warranty I purchased typically last for 2.5 years.
Based on the contract I signed for an extended warranty for 3 years, I am owed for the 3rd maintenance. I can not acknowledge the maintenance your service staff claimed simply because I had not been notified then.
I will appreciate if you can honor this last maintenance and keep your integrity. I looked up the value of Mercedes at the time of purchase and I still look up your care now.
