Accounting & Administrative Manager:
This position is responsible for the management of all accounting and administrative aspects of the company. We are looking for someone that can handle a broad range of activities for the office.
Accounting Duties:
 Administer the company books; invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
 Administer the group benefit plan; employee enrolment, communication with the benefits consultant and insurance carrier, pay premium invoices.
 Prepare the bi-weekly payroll, submit all remittances and meet all legislative requirements.
 Prepare the file for GST collection monthly.
Administrative Duties:
 Answer telephone
 Reception
 Typing
 Filing
 Mail – incoming/outgoing
 Purchasing office supplies
Requirements:
 College level diploma in accounting
 5+ years in an accounting position
 North American experience is a definite asset
 Strong computer skills required; specifically in Ms-Office
 Accounting software, specifically in QuickBooks
 Excellent oral & written communication skills
 Ability and desire to work independently
International Sales
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining sales channel in IT industry especially in North America and China. Potential candidate should be highly organized and energetic, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements:
 Bachelor degree required
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT industry sales
 Demonstrated sales ability and creative approach to sales
 Excellent oral & written communication skills
 Excellent knowledge of computer hardware
 Strong computer skills required; specifically in Ms-Office
 Ability and desire to work independently
 North American experience is a definite asset
Local Dealer Sales
Based on our resource of low price, this position is responsible for selling inventory to local medium and small computer retail store. Potential candidate should be highly organized and energetic, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements:
 Bachelor degree required
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT industry sales
 Demonstrated sales ability and creative approach to sales
 Excellent oral & written communication skills
 Excellent knowledge of computer hardware
