    发起原因：
    1、本人有很多文档，实在读不过来。或者读了就忘。希望有志同道合的人，共同学习。

    2、有很多面试相关的Java问题，不确定自己是否找到了正确答案，需要有人合计合计，最好是有经验的人指点。

    学习内容：
    1、Java/JDK API
    2、Design Pattern(Java/J2EE) / AntiPattern
    3、J2EE(EJB, Servlet, JSP, Messaging, Security, etc.)
    4、UML(Use Case, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram)
    5、XML
    6、面试常见问题

    学习方法：
    参与的人，选择学习内容，专攻某一个或者几个小块文章，定期向其他人讲授并答疑。比如：XML parser有几种，为什么人们喜欢SAX，有哪些lib可以用，如何使用，常用的api，sample code，best practice，有哪些注意事项，哪些因素会影响performance， etc.

    资料：
    本人搜集了一些自认为有用的文章。欢迎踊跃提供。（网上可以找到无数文档，要去糟取精）

    交流方式：
    电话或者聚会。还没有想好。

    注意事项：
    1、不要浪费时间
    2、不懂就问，不会就学，允许犯错误，但不要不懂装懂
    3、没有贡献，不要索取，没有免费的午餐
    4、还有什么？

    2年Java经验，多年IT开发管理。自信有一定Java基础，只是限于工作内容狭窄。热爱学习，热爱编程。选择长期从事Java开发工作。
