The pricing for the service is as follows:

$95 is the yearly storage fee. This fee is a fixed rate for 18 years so it
will not go up.

$1495 is the one-time charge for the entire collection process which
includes the collection kit, processing and cryopreservation and the first
year of storage.

$806.40 is the shipping charge related to the medical courier for the
transport of the blood to the private bank in Cincinnati, Ohio.

There are no other charges related to the service. We offer twodifferent
pricing options for these charges (5 month plan and a 12 month plan). The 5 month plan does not have any finance charges whatsoever.
