本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛The Healthcare and Medical Software market segment is experiencing explosive growth and is expected to see double-digit growth rates for at least the next 5 years. XXXXXX, with its focus on wide areas of this market segment, offers an exciting opportunity for employees.

Candidates are expected to specify, plan, design, test, maintain, and deliver software products within the Clinical Information System Functional segment of XXXXXX, which includes a variety of application sub-segments. They would need to understand and follow Clinical Information Systems (CIS) quality system procedures that are applicable to the job.

Specifically, this position is for a Java developer to design, develop and deliver components and applications for our next generation products. Must be able to work with cross-functional resources and deliver to program schedules. The target person would need to be a key member of the core development team, generating core software components, but also assisting with and working on peripheral software issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*BS in Engineering or Computer Science
*5+ years of experience in the software industry
*Java with emphasis on J2EE background. This assumes applicants have strong OO skills
*Standards based technology such as XML
*OS Platforms including UNIX and Windows
*Multiple DBMS, including Oracle
*Has to have familiarity with relevant tools of the trade - i.e. popular IDEs, source control systems, utilities, etc
*Should have some familiarity with popular enterprise platforms such as .NET and related technology
*Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality
*Good communication skills - ability to communicate and influence at multiple organization levels
*Good team player


Desired:
*MBA/MS CS or EE
*Healthcare Industry experience
*Experience globalizing Java applications
*CCOW experience
