帮忙看看,这种事情可能吗?关于email

thiamin(霉干菜烧肉)
一个认识的人,她的email不在我的地址表中
忽然收到她的email回复,回复的是我的邮件,但是我根本没有给他写过那个邮件.不知道说明白了没有,总之就是她回了一个我没有发过的邮件,那个邮件确实写是从我的地址发的. 我用的是yahoo web-based信箱.我肯定我的电脑没有病毒.
这说明什么问题?
1. 有人偷了我的email密码?
2. 她自作多情,为里联系我故意制作的我的邮件?
3. 我梦游,半夜起来写邮件?
4.....
