I have the same concern. My daughter will go to kindergarten this september, I am wondering if I should let her go to the French Immersion Program.

The school offers early French Immersion program which starts at K12 or G1 and late French Immersion program which starts at K4. I took a presentation last week, the experienced billingual teacher encouraged parents to sent their kids to early French Immersion program, because the late one is more intensive for kids. My big concern is how can my daughter to learn English. I have no doubt she can speak English, but doubt her reading and writing skills. I asked the teacher the question, seems no good answer. Anyone have experience can give some good comments or suggestions?

    儿子今年9月上1年级，不知道送法语学校对他好不好，所在区的法语学校是PEEL REGION最好的一间，但我担心会不会影响他以后的英语能力。
