I just tested nslookup, you are right, your MX record is correct (if you put the mail system on the same server as your web server). However I couldn't telnet into port 25, meaning it is blocked somewhere - I can't say it for sure, because I am back in china right now - it could be blocked somewhere either in china or by bell. see the result below
