I would like to clarify a. I cann't type chinese. b. there is no chinese around me.

On the contrary, if lady wanna pay the bill on the first date, that means she doesn't like this person. She doesn't want admit this dinner as a date.

About English, I believe we should use it as much as possible, even it's still not as easy as mother language for most of us. And do your best to use it correctly. You don't even need to pay any attention to those people who just wanna mock others.

We move to Canada, we have to respect the laws, the rules and the basic social codes of Canada. We cann't ask this country to change for us in order to benifit us. Same thing applying to other people move to China. Canadian go to China, they have to obey chinese laws, rules and customs. If they do not, chinese can yell at they, move your ass back to your place.
