本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛以前的回信，仅仅要求提供详细的说明，我说明了我的想法，主要是面向中国大陆的保税区，还有建立最大的英语大学的可能性
今天市政府给我来了更进一步的说明，我知道了这里复杂性，其中部分节选如下
。。。。。。。。。。。thank you for your comments. The Mayor has
also shared them with staff. The City's Economic Development Strategy
will be revisited and a new version will be developed for Council
approval. This process includes considerable input from community
stakeholders (i.e. Chambers of Commerce, industry groups, education, immigration,
home builders, environmentalists, etc.)
We would welcome your input into the revision of this important
document and participation in our focus groups that will occur late 2006 early
2007. Information with respect to public consultation meetings will be
available closer to this time in 。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
我现在的想法是征集各路精英，大家如果有什么好的想法来发展加拿大和中国的经济往来
特别是有什么具体的想法和渠道，我们大家联手是可以干出一番事业的。希望大家能给我
来信说明，英文和中文均可，当然用英文最好，想办法打动这些市议员和官员们是关键
