2) 房东有强行要求提前解约吗?　房东有强行赶房客走吗?
从楼主的帖子, 房东给了房客两个选项而已,房客可以提前搬走,也可以继续住,但是要忍受别人看房. 房客可以自行选择.
从这里看, 房东并未提前解约, 既然房东并未违约, 房客哪里来的赔偿要求?　

对于这种涉及法律的事情, 旁人不要乱说, 尤其是在没看过相关法律的情况下乱说, 误导别人犯法.

另一方面, 房东的苦衷也需要你理解. 普遍的规律是：房东如果真的卖房, 也只能在这3个半月个月之内. 如果等到3个半月以后即11月份冬天再上市, 房子就很难在今年卖出去,估计就要等明年开春以后了才好卖了; 即使卖出, 房价也会比现在偏低.
在这3个半月之间, 你依然可以合法的住在现在的地方,当然也要忍受别人合理的看房.
光从你的帖子来看, 房东确实没有什么错.
象你这种情况, 法律已经不能帮你了, 那只有能靠双方互相体谅, 协商解决,

1)把看房时间安排在你方便的时候.
