SOX means more documentation, more sign-off and forcing management to rethink about the process to identify any missing controls or controls designed but not carried out well in the past. If you are the manager, you may feel you need to sign more paper than before or you need to review or prepare a lot of documentation during the SOx implementation period. If you are entry level employee, you may not feel the change that much or you maybe required to prepare some documentation to explain part of the process performed by you.
