8月5日离开多伦多---士嘉堡市,
8月7日回多伦多---士嘉堡市
路线: 起点是多伦多, 沿401号国道向西
3天停留个公园，LONDON市
设备: 帐篷, 睡袋、气床, 油，盐，酱，醋瓶,
火锅的那种炉子, 气灯, 餐食工具, 药品等
营地有水，有电。要自己、烧水、做饭。
有停车的地方，有厕所和烧篝火的坑。
希望你们都是喜欢玩的朋友, 一起平摊费用
组织分配任务: 烧水、做饭, 洗碗, 垃圾善后等
尽量控制成本, 食物统一安排。
每人3天$70~100+元左右（包括吃-有4餐，宿营许可费，车费）

为单身移友提供一个露营, 交友平台

- 喜欢郊外聚会, 有兴趣户外露营活动 ;

首先大家出去游玩，是集体活动，没理由要求楼主为你一个人意见 “不值得呆那么长时间”，改变计划。
问他人意见比较不正面，不信再问问其同学的意见。
他的组织能力不专业，旦合格，玩也尽兴。
尤其他专门找冷门的地方游玩，见识一下真正的加拿大，满足您有一个愉快的长周末。

游泳，飞盘，扑克杀人，象棋，围棋，军棋，跳棋，沙滩雕塑，沙滩排球（可能地方不够大），聊天，吹大牛，唱歌。总之，想玩什么就带什么。上述玩的东西谁能带的请带上。

露营活动需要准备的东西：
（1）加元cash，所谓穷家富路，建议每人多带点，带80-100刀（其中包括1刀两刀的零钱），呵呵，不要往别的地方想。公园里好象没提款机。
（2）防晒霜，遮阳伞，帐篷，相机，沙滩椅。
（3）泳衣，泳裤。游泳眼睛（带上后你能看清水下面），游泳帽（不带也可以，湖水不伤头发）。游泳圈，救生衣愿意带的可以去买。
（4）皮划艇，汽垫，独木舟，当然你如果有私人游艇也可以开去。
（5）*** 建议大家多带点私人餐具。***
（6）帐篷、睡袋、气床
（7）火锅的那种炉子, 气灯, 餐食工具, 药品等

关于露营预算：
费用大家分摊。费用有车有齐全装备的每人大约$75+刀左右。（有4餐）

关于车辆：
提供carpool的同学，请你在出发前将油箱加满，并检查胎压，机油，水箱，空调及各种液体，保证车辆的行使安全。不管新车旧车，请将车内收拾干净。

注意事项：
（1）请大家及时到集合地点，以免耽误大家的时间。
（2）希望大家友好相处，以礼相待，以德服人。因为大家来自不同的地区，希望大家不要有地域上的，口音上的，相貌上的以及其他方面的歧视，以及不友好的语言及行为的发生，如果发现，你将受到鄙视，取消你参加以后活动的资格。
（3）游泳时，请大家注意安全，会游的不要超过红球，不太会游的不要到深水区。
（4）对费用分担有意见的同学请你就不要参加了，以免造成不愉快。

再一次感谢大家的积极参与与支持，没报名的不要只说你想参加或感兴趣。

BBQ dinner/ breakfast food, water, ice, camping/ food/ cooking equipment: $340
Parking: $20
Addition parking permit: $60
Ribs Lunch: $44, $90, drinks $19

露营菜谱1: 百蔬一蜜汤(又名:金玉满堂)
此汤意在补充蔬菜.露营时炒菜不易,故出此招.其味在鸡汤,香在蔬菜,色在番茄酱.
主料:罐头鸡汤,芹菜,胡箩卜,洋葱,番茄,洋白菜,土豆
调料:番茄酱(tomato paste, 2 can),糖或蜂蜜,盐,炸香红葱头(超市有卖),油,香菜(可无),葱花
做法:
1)将菜切小块,入油锅炒香, 此为一关键. 入锅次序:胡箩卜,芹菜,洋葱,洋白菜. 出香味即可,不须熟.如菜太多可分批炒.
2)锅内置油,入葱花,入番茄酱炒香,入炒过的菜,略炒,如鸡汤至半锅,入水至锅满,入番茄,土豆,大火烧开,小火至菜软熟,约40分钟.
3)入糖/蜜, 盐,炸香红葱头调味,即可出锅.汤色金红,故称金玉满堂.
变化:
1)加生/熟肉:在炒香菜后,再炒香肉至略焦(caramelize),入红葡萄酒,番茄酱炒香,......
2)简化:直接将所有原料入锅煮.
关键:一边熬汤一边观察营员.不到个个面有菜色,嗷嗷待哺不可出锅.如此方能事半功倍.故日: 百般疏忽皆可,唯此一密莫忘.

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛提要: 个人以为green salad with vinaigrette dressing 是西餐对人类健康饮食最杰出贡献. Spring mix salad 超市有卖, 如 Earthbound Farm 品牌. 其取材多为深绿色植物嫩芽或嫩叶, 如 baby Romaine lettuce, baby spinach, baby chard, arugula, mache, frisee, radicchio, etc, 故而营养远胜浅色菜如Iceberg Lettuce, 口感又胜于成熟蔬菜如Romaine Lettuce.Vinaigrette dressing 为油醋混合汁, 基本口味为酸甜型, 清淡透明, 不掩 salad 天然秀色, 实为其绝配. 制做原理在于以酸甜味盖过味同嚼草的感觉,再以水果等其它美味进一步提升口感.诀窍在于:
a) Use only high quality ingredients, like fresh lemon juice (no bottled juice from concentration), or real Balsamic Viniger (at least 12 years old), good quality extra virgin olive oil, unprocessed/unheated honey (not the liquid one in a bear bottle from the supermarket, if you can help it), real Maple syrup, etc.
b) You must experiment to decide the proper sour/sweet combination

主料: Spring Mix Salad or European Mix Salad, summer fruit (Strawberry, blueberry, grape, orange, grapefruit, sliced apple, peach, plum, apricot, mango, etc.)
Vinaigrette dressing: Lemon (1), Honey (or Maple Syrup, or sugar, or sugar substitute), Extra Virgin Olive Oil
做法:
1) cut lemon and squeeze into a bowl as much juice as you can
2) add into the lemon juice honey or any other sweetener
3) drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil, with the ratio of 3 part oil to 1 part juice mixture
4) mix the oil and juice mixture with an egg beater, or anything you have, till oil and water completely combined and mixed. The resultant dressing should look sticky. This is called emulsification.
5) take a green leaf and dip it into the dressing to test if it's ok. Adjust the dressing accordingly.
6) Put the salad in a huge bowl, pour in the dressing, and mix it evenly. 结果应是每片绿叶都沾着一层油膜, 晶莹闪亮, 但碗底没有剩余酱汁. 原则是宁缺勿滥.
7)Add in the fruit.
变化:
1) You can add other side items, like chicken breast, blue cheese, dried fruit, nuts, etc. Anything you like.
2) Vinaigrette is a very basic, but very versatile dressing. It has only 3 key components: vinegar, sugar, and oil. You can replace each component with different varieties, and readjust the balance. E.g.
Vinegar: Balsamic Vinegar, rice vinegar, white wine vinegar, apple cider vingegar, etc.
Oil: extra virgin olive oil, walnut oil, hazelnut oil, peanut oil, flexseed oil, etc.
Sugar: honey, maple syrup, sugar, fruit juice, etc.
3) You can add herbs, like shallot, to flavour the oil and dressing. E.g. Head shallot (红葱头) in oil for 1 minute in the microwave, you'll get shallot flavoured dressing.
4) Another frequently added component is Dejon Mustard.
总结:
green salad 本身卡路里几乎为0,又富含anti-oxident and vitamin. Eatra virgin olive oil and lemon juice also provides lots of anti-oxident and essential vitamins. I'm not going to tell you how to smoke your own pork hock - this is totally unnecessary. You can buy it from any supermarket's Deli department, even in the T&T Chinese supermarket. It's in a vacumed package.
It's not as big as the one we had in the German restaurant, but the taste is the same. Just boil it in water for 1 hour and it's done. You can skim out the fat from the soup and boil it with other vegetables or meat. Kale or any other winter greens are a good match for it.
