Bluffers Park悬崖公园在brimley和kingston的交叉口，需要开车进去，因为从kingston路上到真正的公园，需要开一小段路。如果要走的话，恐怕要走S了。
那里有没有穿3点的hot girl的问题，俺是在不知道。1。俺没在那里有过泳，好像可以游，但是只怕toronto的水不够干净。俺去的时候都不是最热的夏天，再说，俺是女人，有hot的，俺也看不见。xi... xi.
那里有不少parking lot，可以说很多，所以不用担心par车的问题。
也有park 中那种很大的固定的BBQ设备，但是BBQ炉不是很多，要自己准备木炭和煤球。想BBQ的话，要早点抢位置。有不少bbq桌子。
那里有很多树和草地，就在离湖不远的地方，可以打球游戏。
记得上次SUNDAY搞过活动，那个PARK很大，他活动的地点离开PARKING的地方还挺远的。

所以DONSTATION，请在大家出发前定一下大致的集合地点。
还有，开车在KINSTONG路上，有个入口可以上到悬崖，可以从很高的地方看风景，VIEW很不错的哟。至于其他的，欢迎大家补充。

There are two parks:
1) the Bluffs park is on the top of the cliff

***2)the Bluffers park is where we go picnic; there is also a beach area which may not have picnic table. ***


Here is what you need to do:

1) Find and call your driver, or know how to drive there by yourself.

Remember we don't wait if you coming LATE. "BE ON TIME" please

2) Prepare YOUR OWN HAND MADE dishes/ snack/ drinks/ dessert! what do you plan to bring.
So that easy to calculate and coordinate.

3) Each person should at least bring the following for yourself:
a) dinnerware/chopsticks
b) a cup
c) a garbage bag
d) bug spray
e)sun block

4) If you can, please bring some paper towel, napkins, paper plate, plastic dinnerware, wet tissue, etc.

5) Bring your beach chair, umbrella/raincoat, camera, card game, frisbee, any other games you can share

6) Wear shoes/clothes so that you can go hiking if we so decided

7) Hopefully, NOT hopefully, bring the cannopy and screen house for sure.
If it rains, at least the food need to be covered. People doens't matter :)

September Long weekend 2nd/ Sat

The cost is $29 per person all inclusive (lesson on the basics, equipment, climbing time and even tax). If the group size is over 8 then we require a $15/person deposit. The event will be 2-3 hours long and can be booked any time that is convenient for your group.

so after the picnic, we may go and pay the deposit if we decided go CLIMBING

Bon’s FANs (Vermicelli) Salad, was the BIGGER dishes (bowel)

Ja’s what pinapple and white fungus dessert (sugar water), i wanna try it, but i don’t like the (BEE) inside the container

The BBQ from SG, Ha and MgW. I like the Eggplant and Italian Zucchini

The red colour spicy FISH, yes, small fish slice, bought from Supermarket. Taste Good!

The Water melon , wow, “SWEET”

I used the Recipe from MING PAO DAILY

Ingredlents:
2 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
half cup Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 cup Warm Water
1 cup Red Beam Paste
2 Tbsp. Shortening (fat, oil)
Desiccated Coconut

Method:
1. Mix glutionous rice flour with shortening and sugar
2. Mix cornstarch with warm water
3. Mix #1 and #2 together and knead to a soft dough
4. Divide in to 20/25 portions
5. Divide the red bean paste into a round, press slightly, fill in the red bean paste wrap it back into round ball
6. Steam the glutionous rice ball, until Softing. (steam for 10 + minutes)
7. Drain and coat with desiccated coconut immediately

SERVE.

Glutinous Rice Balls

Ingredlents:
140z Glutinous Rice Flour
1 ½ cup Warm Water
5 oz Red Beam Paste
1 Tbsp. Shortening (fat, oil)
Desiccated Coconut

Method:
1. Mix glutionous rice flour with warm water and knead to a soft dough.
2. Divide in to 20 portions
3. Divide the red bean paste into 20 small pieces
4. Shape each piece into a round, press slightly, fill in the red bean paste wrap it back into round ball
5. Boil the glutioonous rice ball in a pot of boiling water, until floating. (cook for 1+ minute)
6. Drain and coat with desiccated coconut immediately
