Ja’s what pinapple and white fungus dessert (sugar water), i wanna try it, but i don’t like the (BEE) inside the container
The BBQ from SG, Ha and MgW. I like the Eggplant and Italian Zucchini
The red colour spicy FISH, yes, small fish slice, bought from Supermarket. Taste Good!
The Water melon , wow, “SWEET”

I used the Recipe from MING PAO DAILY
Ingredlents:
2 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
half cup Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 cup Warm Water
1 cup Red Beam Paste
2 Tbsp. Shortening (fat, oil)
Desiccated Coconut
Method:
1. Mix glutionous rice flour with shortening and sugar
2. Mix cornstarch with warm water
3. Mix #1 and #2 together and knead to a soft dough
4. Divide in to 20/25 portions
5. Divide the red bean paste into a round, press slightly, fill in the red bean paste wrap it back into round ball
6. Steam the glutionous rice ball, until Softing. (steam for 10 + minutes)
7. Drain and coat with desiccated coconut immediately
SERVE.

Glutinous Rice Balls
Ingredlents:
140z Glutinous Rice Flour
1 ½ cup Warm Water
5 oz Red Beam Paste
1 Tbsp. Shortening (fat, oil)
Desiccated Coconut
Method:
1. Mix glutionous rice flour with warm water and knead to a soft dough.
2. Divide in to 20 portions
3. Divide the red bean paste into 20 small pieces
4. Shape each piece into a round, press slightly, fill in the red bean paste wrap it back into round ball
5. Boil the glutioonous rice ball in a pot of boiling water, until floating. (cook for 1+ minute)
6. Drain and coat with desiccated coconut immediately
