6 oz lean ground sirloin beef 175 g
2 cups chopped broccoli florets and stems 500 ml
1/2 cup low-sodium beef stock 125 ml
1. In a skillet, brown beef over medium-high heat, breaking up any large pieces, until no longer pink, about 7 minutes. Drain off fat and return beef to skillet.
2. Add broccoli and stock; cover, reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is very tender, about 15 minutes. Let cool.
3. Transfer to blender and puree on high speed to desired consistency.
