Sorry, we can't have a house full of people sleeping on the floor.
I would consider $ for the night Feb 17 but it will have to be limited to no more than can be accommodated by 6 bedrooms (2 per room) and two couches. That is 14 people. I will not accept individual payments. It must be paid in advance with a $500 damage deposit which you would get back if there is no damage.
Attached is a booking form. If acceptable to you please advise. I am going away on business Wednesday and this will have to be sorted out before then. If no one is there to greet you, the key is in a lock box near the door. After we get payment by certified cheque or cash, we can deal with the lock box code over the Internet. The cottage is a NO Smoking facility.
Please advise if this is acceptable.
