I am at beginner’s stage of studying the Contents Management System. I have some questions here and hope someone could answer my questions.

For instance, if the blog system requires user to sign in first and the content will be so different for each user. Does CMS generate one each index.html for every user or a singly index.html with various contents? Would the data retrieve speed be a problem for latter situation? If the content’s structures are so different for each user, would be first approach a better option? Can a XML file which contains all variables be automatically read/linked/incorporated by standard html file? How to do this?
