如果你有EZ CD CREATOR 5.0，这就很简单了。用URL里面的软件将你的AVI格式的文件转换成MPG格式。然后用EZ CD CREATOR 5.0里面的make video CD就可以烧录了。我试了一个4分钟的片段，效果不错。具体设置你可以自己调整。
