本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛i lost 10kg in 9 months last year. How? started to walk as quickly as I could for 30 minutes.It was March....then till May i did not get sweat at all, so started to jog...at beginning 5 minutes only, then slowly 10 - 15-20--30 minutes everyday. NEVER MISS A SINGEL DAY!!!!
By end of September, i lost 22lbs, clothes size down from 6-0! feel so good. :)
my experience: do it everyday, no matter what, no excuse at all.
Now food: my theory: try to control intake calaries (i limit to under 1000 as I work in office), does not matter what you eat, just reduce the total calaries. So i eat nearly nothing but fruits/yogurt at lunch, then regular dinner. NO SNACK at all. weekend, i eat more so Friday night before dinner is my lowest weight time, Sunday night b4 sleep is my heaviest weight time!!!! differnece will sometimes be 3kg!!!
but it's OK.
so try to start tomorrow and KEEP DOING IT, don't skip even a single day!!! during Jan-middle of March, i jumped in my basement, from 500 per day to 2000 times per day!!!
