1, in acrobat, view>actual size and scroll the image to the center of the screen
2, Press Print Screen button on the top right of your keyboard.
3, Open only image process software. For example PhotoShop or Painshop
4, File>new and accept the default setting
5, Edit>paste or ctrl+v to paste the image from clipboard to the new opened document. You will see the whole image of the screen is pasted on the new document
6, Use Crop tool to crop the image. This comment normally placed under Edit>crop. After this step, you will see a document with only the image you want to use in powerpoint.
7, save it to jpg or bmp or whatever format you want
8, insert image in PowerPoint.
