Relax!
      • where did they get the information? nosense! just let them try to apply U of T, a student accpeted by MIT may be rejected by U of T. most likely they will be rejected. haha!!
        • Are you kidding me? In 1993,in Northwestern computer science, the minimum requirement of GRE for chinese students was 2150, that of TOEFL was 620 , back then U of T would accept anybody with a TOEFL above 600! Don't even mention MIT.
            • How difficult is it to get into U of T now? I have been out of the loop for quite a while. I know in 1993, with a GMAT score of 550, you can get into Queen's MBA plus some financial assistance.
              • I do not know how about UoT now. But when I applied to some MBA programs, I did not select UoT. BTW, how about Lumlum now? GBTS?
              • I was rejected by UoT. GMAT 680, TOEFL 643.
                  • Agree. But different MBA programs will have different critiria. Some may focus on the academic side, while some others foucs on working experience.
              • For MBA in UofT, the average GMAT score is 630 last year.
                • Much higher than that. From the UoT web site, it is 674 for the year 2000.
          • What that guest said is true. Most of my classmates, who finally came to MIT or Cornell, were dinged by UoT. Our conclusion is, UoT is a very arrogant university.
            • Agree. Just wonder what their critiria is?
          • can you stop boasting your MS in Northwestern? I wonder if you are a grad from UIUC CS, rolia will be full of your bragging

        • Remember, it is the undergraduate ranking, not for PH.D program ranking. I should admit that U of T undergraduate of EE is excellent, very very outstanding.
          • These undergraduate learn the thing that I was learning for master degree in China. They are young, smart and very creative.
        • 44 University of Windsor 4.50 46 University of Wisconsin- Madison 4.49 Is this a joke?
          • It is undergraduate, not graduate school.
    • It is completely same difficult to apply in China as in here, as I know. At least it is the case for MBA
