工作学习 / IT杂谈 / 哪位老大知道为什莫我的outlook express 里的inbox里的一千多个mail看不到了，inbox.dbx文件还好，有400多兆，新来得mail也还工作正常，就是旧的mail看不件了，急。。。。。。。。。。

archive 只能保存新到的mail. 对看不到的无效。也不是view all 的问题。文件明明在，就是太大，有什莫工具把inbox.dbx分解开吗 ？

I didn't do anything at all. It happened the first time couple months ago, now more and more frequence.this morning, I can never see rest of message in inbox. I check it from internet, found the inbox.dbx shouldn't more than 400m, but now, my file already 450M, too large, and too late.
do u know any tools to look into .dbx file ? then maybe I can delete sth from it.
btw, is there any different between Outlook and Outlook Express ? I mean for message nember limited ? anyway, I'm trying to install Outlook instead of OE, hopeful can get some help.

Outlook's limit is 2G (pst file size)!

You may try to compress the inbox by using OE, sometimes there is just garbage, which you deleted but OE doesn't purge them.
