NO. It's TalentVision TV which is from Vancouver and it's in mandrin almost all day. I want to have it for my parents. It's only available in Digital Package from Rogers.

Thanks. I checked Rogers website just now. For Talentvision only, it's $9.95/mo plus $10.95/mo for digital terminal. They have a promotion for the terminal now.

BTW, $10 discount for ordering multicultual channel on-line; the promotion for terminal expires on 09/15.
