come on, 30万, that is only 1/10 of Toronto..... so crowded in the big city...once upon a time, we stayed in ER for more than 8 hours before the doctor let us leave, after all possible tests had been done, blood, urine, x-ray...

This is just the beginning :) Wait until your other kid is born. They will get sick one after another. My past 2 winters was spent in the hospital and clinics.
