unless the cottage say daily!

"No deposits will be refunded after the end of February, unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Allow 60 days for refunds. A $35 charge will be deducted."
what this mean?

A security deposit of $200 is required at check in
that mean? pay back $200 when we leave
it also called damage deposit?

any hidden fee?
like:addition car parking, cleaning fee (i saw some cottages, need$60)

if i cancelled the tip, they will charge me administration fee ! YES

i have never been cottaging in canada, so
i like outdoor games
but some people can not sleep outside, outdoor, so....... you know
wanna go cottage this thanksgiving longweekend

1.Reservations $150 per week. Deposit due upon confirmation. Deposits are refundable (less $25 administration fee) if written notice is received 60 days prior to reservation date.)

that mean, $125 back! what about if we just reserve 2 weeks prior the reservation date?

what this mean? only get back $165 after 60 days
