It looks to me their online donation is not open to oversea. The only ways to donate are via mail or bank transfer.

Anybody knows how the Red Cross Society of China operates? Do they have board of directors who will review the financial statements? Is there any audit involved anually as a regular practice?
Just want to be certain the fund will go to the right places in the right way. Many Canadians here are ready to help out too. Would like to introduce this website to co-workers.
