Two CMAT members who arrived in Chengdu on Sunday will stay on in China while the remaining advance team members fly to Bangkok in an effort to gain entry into Burma. CIERF offered to raise funds to sponsor this important initiative.

At the present time, our assesment team has completed its assessment of the region, and since the local government and military have the situation well under control, we will shifting our focus ot the crisis in Myanmar.
