Burma needs more help. As China has supported the Burmese junta to suppress the people of Burma, we should not provide any aide to China until their human rights record improves.

Why he/she is right?. Humaritarian aids and political dispute are two seperate issues. If you mix those two, there is literally no disater can be helped since there are polital and human rights disputes almost everywhere.

I'm pretty cool. Don't worry. If a person thinks Chinese should suffer just because he doens't approve Chinese goverment, that's enough for me to think him inhumane.No doubt he is rude, and he doesn't hesitate to show that.
Depends on company culture, sending this type of email is pretty common in some companies. it's not "unsolicit" at all. On earth it's charity.
