Yesterday is my first day working in Canada.I was so tired because I had to listen and speak in English for the whole day.

I know I can not catch a single word when I am nervous. So, I didn't understand the VP, who introduced me the business, the policy and my job duty non-stop at the first 2 hours. Then I just kept on nodding when I was introduced to each person working here. That really drove me crazy!

I went to bed at 8 o'clock as soon as I finished my dinner.

Thanks, all of you. I found that others say diferent English from me. For example, my tutor in the driving school said "he is my car instructor" to me, not "tutor". I am just wondering whether they think my English sounds strange to them. -corel(Corel); 2001-4-12 (#44689@0)
