完全同意。J2EE的API 80%是IBM捐献的。而且现在IBM的软件产品，几乎都在向Java转移。例如，AS/400上的新开发工具，包括RPG V都是。

另外有评论是Borland. 当年几乎被Oracle买下，有一个时期，IBM也绑扎Borland JBuilder。98-99年新开箱AS/400的包装里面都包含JBuilder/400 的光盘。
