只是 qualifying college or university 的学费才可以吧。 you also need T2202A tax slip

yes. Grade 10 Piano can be a post secondary school level course if your child take the course in any regular music school . T2202 is not necessary. A Mississauga mother have raised the issue to court before and she won.
