Not a very big deal in deed. You can payback the HBP first, then your RRSP room can roll over to next year. Ask again if you don't understand.

怎么个 Roll over 法？该还而不还，就会当成income。如果是由于疏忽，可能也没填income，但 CRA不会检查不出来。没买RRSP就不说了，买了不还HBP，就会全部用于deduction，不全用，unused就会多，肯定会降低 将来的room，不知道你的roll over 怎么弄。
除非更改 filed return，否则，我想不出怎么个不影响 room
