here点 Start->Settings->Control Panel，然后选择 Regional Options，选择 Set Default，把 Select the appropriate locale 由 English (United States) 改为 Chinese (PRC)，重新起动你的电脑。然后你就可以用任何英文文字处理软件（比如Wordpad或Notepad）编辑、输入中文了。

谢了,不过,你告诉我的这些我都知道,现在的情况是:我用word,或者IE等处理中文没问题,否则我也不能同你现在用中文交谈了,只是有些中文软件包的对话框里的中文显示不正常.

Setting your region to Chinese in XP. It applys for all unicode apps, but will be invalid for some old non-unicode apps..

You should Chinese Language Pack for your win2k. Suggest you installing XP on your system. It support UNICODE apps...EASY TO RESOLVE ALL QUESTIONS YOU MET
