TD的网上银行可以汇中国，global money transfer,还可以直接汇对方的信用卡上。你可以去看看汇率。

I just did. You need the exact name. You will be asked if CAD or RMB will be requested for pick up. Then they will give you a reference code. The recipient uses the code and ID to pick up in RMB.
