枫下家园 / 钱财税务 / 请教大家，有个投资房两个姐妹是joint tenancy.姐姐是加籍，妹妹是中国籍，原来准备给妹妹的小孩来加读大学住的，现在小孩不来了，妹妹打算把房子产权证上名字拿掉，律师说房贷还清了，可以改title。此出租房房租毎年报税，姐妹俩各报50％。现在如果把妹妹名字从title上拿走，会要交什么税吗？谢谢!
