My two cents:
1, If the police wrote down 75, he won't declare that you were actually 85, 'coz that would make him inconsistent.
2, Fail to stop when a police car flashes lights behind you is a big thing. Be sure to keep checking the rear mirror from time to time. That's a requirement of driving. The police was actually nice for not ticketing you for that.
3, Since 75-50=25 < 30, if I were you, I'd pay the fine and move on.

曾经再Kingston附近小镇被抓过，高速开了140，罚200多，扣几点忘了，。选择上庭。去的那天检控官直接把每个人叫进去给deal。我的是罚50，不扣点。当时就接受了，半小时后见法官，认罪。。如果不接受，重新约时间，再跑300公里上庭抗诉。。

超速认罪就有记录，无关罚金多少。给你出个歪歪招，翻译要求个小小语种的，赌小镇没这翻译，或者大城市小小语种的翻译不愿意跑那么远去小镇上庭。其实没必要追求完美，谁记录上没个超速啥的，保险涨没涨其实谁也不知道，哪怕你车天天停车库里，保险也是每年都涨的 -wongbo(万宝); 2021-7-8 (#13837771@0) +4
