sure, first make a request to change the subscriber of your RESP by adding your spouse as a joint subscriber, then make a request to change the subscriber of your RESP by removing yourself as a subscriber, I am not sure you could do as one-shot

Thank you! This is a good idea. The other solution I'm thinking is to have my wife open a new plan and have the investment in the existing plan transferred to the new plan.

问了CIBC，配偶可以新开一个，然后转过去。名字只能加，不能减。其它银行情况可能不一样。
