in some sense it is right, but ca's unive are of pretty much the same level===no yeji univ like in usa; 2ndly,it is usually pointless to talk about th rank without dealing with the concrete program---Qinghua has its bad subjects, while an ordinary univ has its strength, let alone the fact that Regina U (Saskachewan U?) is no worse than Queens U---full scholarship is something that many ppl dream of.
