i read and printed resource kit documents from www.microsoft.com/msdn/windows2000.new one is expensive. even on ebay is more than 100us$.

Dont trust him. :)). (No offence to BJY). I passed the exam within 5 weeks too.. But you have to have experience before taking the exam.
