Normally, team leader is the most senior guy either in terms of technical skills or leadership skills. The members are not responsible for any technical glitches, but the leader does. PMO works closely with that person.

偶们teamleader，每天就是给大家分配task，有时写他的project，还有build，难得有个meeting召集大家，有一个team的是不懂技术的，另一个team的leader懂，但是远没到guru级别，他们也不问我们程序是如何写的，不问细节。对了，还负责跟偶说laidoff的事情，因为偶们manager比偶先给laidoff了。
