相约北美 / 移民留学 / 难过：昨天晚上，我在一个速递公司当搬运工，无意中发现在我运送的货物中竟有Cisco Catalyst 6509，Cisco 7513，Nortel Passport。心中很不是滋味，我多想打开box去touch一下它们，对它们说一声：”你们还好吗？gears“。我因此走神了，结果在搬一件重物时把脚轧伤了，还好，我闪得快，没大碍。我真不知道这个世界到底怎么啦。我倒不是有怀才不遇的感觉。只想劝告那些在国内的同行：珍惜今天在国内的条件，当你失去那份你现在看不顺眼的工作来到加拿大，你才会明白它的意义。
好久不来这个论坛了，只想聊上这几句就走。

移民的决定是否正确，我觉得要用5年的时间才看出来。或者说统计来加拿大五年以上的人的意见，才会得出是否正确的结论。我的朋友前几个月还一个劲说要回中国，可是最近听不到他这样说了。

机会是有的, 当然现在少. 找不着工作无外乎是两个原因, 市场和你自身. 当然你无法改变市场的大气候. 所以只能是Tune自己, 每个人都相信自己的技术能力, 我觉得已经找着工作的人写出的心得很有启发也很有规律: 简历, 英文, 面试, etc. 自己光发牢骚是没有用的.

1靠CCIE需要不少钱，2如果大家都考了有怎么样呢？这不是个人努力的问题！大家不要把找工作看成单纯的技术竞争。就象公司推销一个产品一样，技术含量是一个方面，营销策略也重要，MS的技术是不是最好的呢？

I suppose that the key problem for our new immigrant is the senior technical skills with poor local experience and English communicationRegarding skills, you should be hold a senior position. While, for communication, you will be treated as a junior.
