关于前台的问题，华人圈或多或少都有这种意识。９０年代朋友的朋友在一家５００强美资公司做总经理秘书，她个子不高，不漂亮但长相端正，当时美国白人老板对她很满意。几年后该老板升职调任，接任的华人（港人或新加坡人）就嫌她不漂亮不续和约（她是通过外服公司聘的），结果她还是让原来的老板给找了份工，去年我回去，知道她在一家加国公司任ＨＲmanager. by the way, she is over md-30 now.

说话是每个人的权利（freedom of speech)，哪怕是骂人的话（可以告他profane assault，如果去告的话，或者叫警察）。但是discriminition通常要有行为（action)，并造成后果（consequence)。街痞和酒鬼我通常都不理
