Don't worry. They are all labour work (you may call it technical labour). Even that is 15 CAD per hour here, they still think it is too expensive. You don't want to do that. If you do, then go back to China. :-)

5年前可能如此，现在很多SENIOR POSITION和CORE PRODUCT都在往那边移。很难说的。

The labour work is 大量编成工作. :-) If that is senior position, I will consider that. :-) But most of the senior position is for management and marketing.If you like it, of course, we can go back at any time. We have the freedom to move now. :-) The market is a globalized market and we are global citizen. Cheers!

可能是个人爱好吧。这边很多作工程的，对MANAGEMENT和MARKETING不敢兴趣.好的软件DESIGN，并非LABOUR活。如果PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT 都移走，MANAGEMENT 也不会很远的。至於MARKETING，是跟着市场走的。现在有不少CORE PRODUCT移到中国，也有市场的原因。

当年那么多成衣厂都搬去亚洲, 也没怎么样呀? 这里的衣厂还是照样开着呀, 而且还时不时的有招工信息呢. Programmer也是如彼.

特别是印度。上期的TIME上专门有一篇文章介绍这种高科技工作流向印度的情况，现在慢慢上升到中层技术人员。美国去年有20万人因此失去工作，大多数年薪4,5万以上。
