相约北美 / 移民留学 / 本人99年考的国内驾驶执照，从rolia上的帖子得知该驾照还是很有用的，但我还是有点迷糊，过来人能否指点一二，谢谢！！1.98年我在保险公司投了保（还没有驾照），现要求保险公司出无事故证明，应该怎样写才有利？
2.到加拿大后我要经过怎样的程序才能买车上路，最少需要多久时间？

If you have Chinese license, it's very useful in BC. I got mine in China July 2000 and came to Vancouver last August. Bought a car in September and passed Level 5 road test in December.

If you have insurance record, tranlate it to english and notify it (or if the insurance can provide the english version document), bring it to Canada! It can save you $$$$.
