可以！你不用告诉他们你怀孕了。只要是25人以上的公司，你只要上2个星期的班，你就有权享受maternity leave and parental leave. 公司必须为你安排工作，当你回去时。至于， EI的确情况我不是很清楚。When you are in maternity leave and parental leave, employer didn't pay your salary. If you entitled to get EI, you will get money from HRDC.
