they balanced book. I don't have data at this time but i do know they are pro smaller goverment and cut expenses in education and medi-care. and these are supposed to help reduce cost to tax-payers??

hehe1. PC虽然说要精简政府，但减出去的人要用更高的工资反聘；- not aware of that; no comment.
2. 私营汽车保险，可是汽车保险猛升；- a) Privatised auto insurance is not PC's idea. B) No causal relationship between 私营汽车保险 and 汽车保险猛升. I'm against government insurance - simply put, i do not want to subsidize those bad drivers more than i have been doing now.

汽车保险虽然可能不是PC的主意，汽车保险恶化显然是在PC执政期间发生的这至少说明PC在制约私有公司方面经验不足。另外已经有其他机构质疑subsidize bad driver的结论。有的调查机构甚至得出结论：多伦多有多达20%的driver由于保险太高所以在开没有保险的车。
